3 - must be encouraged to contribute
5 - Actively volunteer skills and ideas

Willingness to accept responsibilities and perform them in a timely manner.

1 - Don't fulfill their responsibilities
3 - Sometimes fulfill their responsibilities
5 - Always fulfill their responsibilities

Confidently relying on others to fulfill their individual responsibilities toward the team.

1 - Try to do everything themselves
